Two years ago when my daughter went to the prom, we got her dress from Ross Dress for Less for $20! YES...Ross!
So before you go to the formal dress shops, check out Ross, Burlington Coat Factory, TJ Maxx, or Marshall's first. You just may find that perfect dress!
